Please check if your model is included. 1.If your model has Isokinetic interpolation shaft(models like Audi Q7, Range Rover, Volkswagen Touareg and etc.) a.You must replace OEM jump ring(picture 1) b.When you install Isokinetic joint(picture 2) into spline shaft(picture 3), please ensure the ring has been installed properly. And you can hear "click" when the ring has been put into the internal groove of constant velocity joint correctly. Then pull the ring in the opposite direction hardly to ensure the fastening of isokinetic joint. *If it hasn't been installed properly, your model will loose power and cause sever damage. 2.If your model has Isokinetic interpolation shaft with fixed multi groove circlip or external locking single lug stepless clamp(models like Audi Q5, A4, A6, A8 and etc.) a.Please ensure the insert groove of fixed multi groove circlip has been locked into slot of Isokinetic joint. And multi groove circlip has been fit into duct cover evenly. b.After the spline shaft is inserted into the constant velocity joint, please align the concave position with the locking position and also ensure the effective locking of single lug stepless clamp. Pull the assembly to check the fastening of locking. *If it hasn't been installed properly, your model will loose power and cause sever damage.
